What is nutritional therapy?
Have you ever wondered about the impact of food on your body? What we eat plays a crucial role in all our bodily functions.
Food can:
Produce energy or cause fatigue,
Put us in a good mood or generate anxiety,
Promote good digestion or hinder it,
Prevent inflammation or create it,
Support our hormones or throw them off balance,
Help our organs detoxify or clog them up,
Maintain optimal health or make us sick.
Perhaps you feel lost after reading and hearing contradictory information on nutrition and health. I am here to shine a light thanks to nutritional therapy and my personal experiences of the healing power of food.
Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach which aims to preserve and maximize our health. It looks at all the body’s functions together in order to tackle the root causes of our issues.
Based on biochemistry and physiology, nutritional therapy takes into account each facet of our life: food, sleep, physical exercise, emotions, work, stress, genetics, lifestyle, environment…
Health Assessments & Coaching
As a nutritional therapist, I first conduct an in-depth assessment of your physical and emotional health, in order to better understand your symptoms and their causes.
I may also recommend additional lab tests: blood test, hair test (HTMA), gut health (GI Map), neurotransmitters, oxidative stress, hormones (DUTCH test), heavy metals analysis.
I then help you on your health journey thanks to:
Nutritional changes: adapted to your body, prioritizing food quality without counting what you eat
Supplements: targeted nutrients, minerals and plants, of high quality, at effective doses
Lifestyle advice & transformational coaching: relaxation, sleep, physical exercise, emotional connection, meditation, breathing…
Detailed notes, delicious & healthy recipes, cooking advice
My approach
Healing requires changing how we live.
Profound transformations happen step-by-step. I suggest a few changes at a time in order to create new habits gradually and smoothly.
Our taste buds evolve and our body enjoys what makes it feel good. I help you discover and appreciate new foods, that are delicious and good for your health!
After trying new ways of eating, you will be able to listen to our body and to know intuitively what feels right for you.
We can eat all the broccoli in the world, but if we don’t address the other parts of our life, it will not be transformed. That is why I combine nutritional therapy with coaching for your overall wellbeing.

The advice provided in nutritional therapy has no medical or paramedical purpose, nor does it aim to offer treatment of a condition. Always continue your current medical and paramedical treatments and never stop a treatment without your doctor’s approval. Supplements that may be suggested never replace any of your ongoing medical treatments. Supplements must be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
